Eveline Elizabeth Palmer

Eveline Elizabeth Palmer, 98, of Rienzi passed away on Thursday, June 15, 2023 at her home. She was a member of the Sardis Primitive Baptist Church. She loved gardening, cooking and flowers.

A celebration of life will be at 2:00 P.M. on Sunday, June 18, 2023 at Sardis Primitive Baptist Church with Elder Pete Perry and Elder Clinton Barnett officiating. Burial will be in the Sardis Primitive Baptist Church Cemetery.
Visitation will be on Saturday, June 17, 2023 from 5:00- until at the church.

She is survived by two sons, Robert Larry Palmer (Brenda), and Johnny Palmer (Katrina); three daughters, Ruth Shadburn (Pat), Alma Lassiter, and Martha Gardner (Danny); a special son-in-law, Jim Crowe (Liane) ; seventeen grandchildren; thirty great-grandchildren; nine great-great grandchildren; eighteen step grandchildren; and a host of nieces and nephews.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jasper Bonnie Palmer; her parents, Erie and Lethea Vanderford Nash; one son, Ricky Palmer; one daughter, Debra Crowe; three brothers, Millard Nash, Willard Nash, and Roscoe Nash; three sisters, Laverne Dowd, Gladys Lambert, and Avis Crum; and four grandchildren, Eric Palmer, Andy Crowe, Gypsy Moreland, and Johnny Lassister.

Pallbearers will be Mike Gardner, Jerry Robinson, Robert Lassiter, Jimmy Lassiter, David Lassiter, Adam Crowe, Cody Palmer and Richard Palmer.
