Services to celebrate the life of Jose Antonio DeHoyos, 44, will be held Thursday at 3:00 PM at Jesus Name Community Church with burial to follow in the church cemetery.
Visitation will begin at 12 noon until service time
Jose passed away on July 18, 2023 at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Memphis. He was born on September 5, 1978 in Houston, TX to Jose DeHoyos and Ludivina Gomez. He was a graduate of P.S.J.A. High School in Houston and was currently employed with MS Silicon. He loved to do mechanic work and fixing up old cars.
He is survived by his children, Osvoldo DeHoyos, Brandon DeHoyos, Jayne Michelle DeHoyos, Karina DeHoyos and Jocelyn DeHoyos; mother, Ludivina Gomez; sisters, Veronica Espinosa, Beatriz Garcia (Salvador); brother, Eduardo Pena (Edna); aunt, Elsa Reyna and a host of other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Jose DeHoyos and maternal grandparents; Antonio and Paulita Gomez.
Arrangements are under the care of Memorial Funeral Home.
