Shawna Walters Ryals
Guntown- Shawna Walters Ryals, 46, passed away on Thursday, July 20, 2023 at the NMMC Hospice Unit. She was a homemaker and enjoyed arts & crafts, shopping, cooking, traveling and going to the beach. She was a family person and loved spending time with her grandchildren. She was of non-denominational faith.
Memorial services will be held at Waters Funeral Home on Monday, July 24, 2023 at 4:00 p.m.
She is survived by two daughters, Kayla Ryals and Monica Ryals both of Guntown; son, Daniel Ryals (Trinity) of Guntown; sister, Sharon Homan of Mantachie; brothers, Michael Walters of Blue Springs and Walter Walters of Shannon; three grandchildren, Mason Finney, Elijah Ryals and Silas Ryals.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Eugene and Joyce Karwillis Walters; husband, Sam Ryals; four brothers and five sisters.
Visitation will be at Waters Funeral Home on Monday from 2:00 – 4:00 p. m.
