Kathy Louise Pettigo Bridges
Kirkville- Kathy Louise Pettigo Bridges, 60, passed away suddenly at her home on Sunday, August 06, 2023. She was born October 14, 1962 in Baldwyn to Kenneth Edward “Rab” and Helen Marie Wigington Pettigo. She enjoyed going to church and Walmart, her flowers and cooking. She was a member of Gilmore Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be Tuesday, August 08, 2023 at 11:00 a. m. at Waters Funeral Home with Bro. Douglas Kitchens officiating. Burial will be in Kirkville Cemetery.
She is survived by her husband of 37 years, Billy Joe Bridges; sons, Billy Mac Bridges of the home and Scotty Joe Bridges of Pratt; brothers, Joe Bridges of Pratt and Michael Pettigo of Kirkville; sister, Theresa Pettigo of Fulton; several nieces, nephews; brothers and sisters-in-law, William and Sheila Bridges, Johnny and Debbie Bridges and Nora Palmer; and other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents; four brothers, Richard Pettigo, Johnny Pettigo, Eddie Joe Pettigo and Tommy Pettigo; four sisters, Vicky Pettigo, Mary Jane Pettigo, Mary Sue Pettigo and Pam Sparks; grandparents, Tom and Ramon Wigington and Will and Cleo Pettigo; father and mother-in-law, William and Ruby Bridges; sisters-in-law, Judy Posey and Nancy Bridges Sheffield; brother-in-law, Michael Bridges.
Visitation will be at Waters Funeral Home on Tuesday from 9:00 a.m. until service time at 11:00 a. m.
