Rachel C. Collins, 76, passed away on September 6, 2023 at her residence in Sturgis, MS. She was a homemaker and member of Sturgis Baptist Church.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert E. Clark and Pennsylvania Clark; son, Michael Collins; sister, Mary Goodin; and brother, Samuel Clark.
Rachel is survived by her husband, Derrell Lee Collins of Sturgis, MS; sister, Onnie Bell of Columbus, MS; brothers, Glenn Clark of Macon, MS, and Robert Clark of Jackson, MS; two grandchildren, and one great grandchild.
Visitation is scheduled for Saturday, September 9, 2023 from 2:00-3:00 p.m. at Sturgis Baptist Church in Sturgis, MS, with the funeral service immediately following. Rev. Russell Mord and Rev. Brad Creely will conduct the service. Burial will be in Sturgis Cemetery.
