Elsie M. Roberson Rhodes, 90, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 6, 2023 at Diversicare of Eupora. Ms. Rhodes lived most of her life in Natchez, MS until she moved to Starkville in 2003 to live with her daughter and family.
Ms. Rhodes was born to Carl and Susie Roberson on November 29, 1932 in El Dorado, AR. She was preceded in death by her parents, her brother, Doyle Roberson, daughter and son-in-law, Elizabeth Rhodes Craig and Wade Craig and several nephews.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law, Barbara Rhodes Norman and John Norman of Starkville. One granddaughter, Ashley Norman Boone (Michael) of Tupelo, two grandsons, Bobby Craig (Heather) of Starkville and Wyatt Craig (Chelsea) of Natchez, MS. Great grandchildren are Rhett Boone, Tucker Craig, Joshua Craig, Liam Craig and Poppy Elizabeth Craig.
A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
