Faye Shamlin Spigner
Marietta – Faye Shamlin Spigner, 100, passed away at the Meadows Nursing facility on Tuesday, September 12, 2023. She enjoyed sewing, cooking for and spending time with her family. She was a homemaker and member of Ozark Methodist Church for 83 years.
Funeral services will be at Ozark Methodist Church on Thursday, September 14, 2023 @ 2:00 p. m. with Bro. Jason Franklin and Bro. Joe Coggins officiating. Burial will be in Ozark cemetery and Waters Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
She is survived by her daughter, Lesha Hood (Randy) of Houston Community; son, Randy Spigner (Jennie) of Ozark; sister, Jewel Wingo of Gulfport; (6) grandchildren, DeAnna Foster (Chris) Ben Spigner (Christy), Jared Spigner, Hailee Spigner, Ashley Sandlin and Josh Hood (Kristan); (8) great-grandchildren, Madison Alred, Mallory Dabbs, Logan Dabbs, Chanton Spigner, Grayson Spigner, Addy Kennedy, Jaxon Kennedy and Chloe Hood; host of other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Grover and Mindy Stacy Shamlin; husband, Vondon Spigner; brother, Arlis Shamlin; sisters, Ollie Mae Butler and Eva Duke.
Visitation will be at the church from noon until service time.
