Joe Harv Whitehead
Baldwyn- Joseph Harvey “Joe Harv” Whitehead, 68, passed away at his home on October 11, 2023. Joe Harv loved the outdoors, building guns, spending time with his grandchildren and riding motorcycles. He was a former member of the NEMCC Band. Joe Harv worked for MHP as a dispatcher for many years and later became a truck driver and retired in 2021. Joe will be greatly misses by his family and friends.
Funeral services will be at Lebanon Methodist Church on Monday, October 16, 2023 at 2:00 p. m. with Bro. Ricky Bishop officiating. Waters Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.
He is survived by his step-son, Jim Taylor (Enola); grandchildren, Justin Grant (Ciara), Will Grant (Faith), Kyle and Jaden Taylor; great-grandchildren, Emmalee, Bentlee, Oaklee and Augustus Grant; host of other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Tommy and Martha Kate Whitehead; his sister, Elizabeth Whitehead; his wife, Alishia Whitehead and step-daughter, Cynthia Taylor Grant.
Visitation will be at the church one hour prior to the service.
