Bro. Henry O’Neal Butler
Bro. Henry O’Neal Butler of Dumas, Mississippi, born October 30, 1935 went to his heavenly home at age 88 on December 6, 2023 at Diversicare Nursing Home in Ripley, Mississippi.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Jim and Clyte Butler of Okolona, Mississippi; his wife, Sarah A. Ewing Butler of Dumas, Mississippi; a brother, J.T. Butler of Okolona, Mississippi; a brother, Jimmy Ralph Butler of Okolona, Mississippi; and a brother, Dexter Butler of Grenada Mississippi.
He leaves behind his son, Tim Butler (Connie) of Chattanooga Tennessee; his only granddaughter, Heather Headrick (Jeremy) of Rossville, Georgia; and two great grandsons, Aaron and Jacob Headrick of Rossville, Georgia. He also leaves behind his precious little fur baby yorkie, Harley Joe.
Funeral services will be held at Waters Funeral Home in Baldwyn, Mississippi on Saturday, December 9, 2023 at 12:00 noon. Visitation will be on Friday, December 8, 2023 from 4-8 p.m and on Saturday, December 9, 2023, from 10:00 a.m. until noon when the service begins. Bro. Ronnie Barefield and Bro. Larry May will officiate the service. Burial will follow at Keownville Baptist Church Cemetery, but there will be no graveside service.
