Mary Ham
Baldwyn- Mary Edith Wallis Ham, age 81 died Friday December 29, 2023 at the North MS Medical Center in Tupelo. She had worked for SDI for over 15 years, loved to travel, enjoyed her cross stitching and working in her flower garden. She enjoyed working on her farm, camping in her motorhome and she was a homemaker. Mary was a member of the Ingram Baptist Church.
Services will be Sunday December 31, 2023 at 3 pm at Waters Funeral Home with Bro. Earl Barron officiating. Burial will be in the Ingram church cemetery.
Survivors include 3 sons, Milton Carpenter & Trish of Saltillo, Greg Carpenter of Hattiesburg and Daniel Ham & Celena of Tupelo a sister, Nancy Carpenter & Richard of Tupelo a sister-in-law, Kate Wallis of Batesville, grandchildren, Haley Brooke Carpenter , Brett Carpenter & Lori Anne, Karah Carpenter & Ryan, Jessica Barker & Aaron, Jennifer Lamons & Will, Stephanie Ham & Dustin, Tabitha Cole, Denise Dargawitz, Sondra Dargawitz and a host of great grandchildren, nieces and nephews and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents Isoom Milton and Flora Allen Wallis, husband of 29 years Luther Ham, 3 sons T.J. Ham, David Ham and Darrin Carpenter, a brother Gene Wallis and a grandson, Jessie Ham.
Visitation will be Sunday from 1-3 pm at Waters Funeral Home
