Jeffery Dodson
Mantachie – Jeffery Dodson, 61, passed away on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at his home. He enjoyed riding his tractor, working outdoors and spending time with his family. He had a great sense of humor and he was a member of The Centerville Baptist Church.
Funeral services will be at Waters Funeral Home on Friday, February 02, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. with Bro. Guyton Hinds officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.
He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Lisa Thompson of Mantachie; sons, Cory Thompson (Cassie) of Baldwyn, Brian Denson (Misty) and Jason Dodson (Leigh Ann) of Saltillo; daughter, Kaylee Beth Lynch (Jacob) of Mantachie; sister, Janet Kimbrough (Chris) of Baldwyn; brother, Michael Dodson (Wanda) of Mantachie; (4) grandchildren, Tate Thompson, Eli Dodson, Lainey Dodson and Ellie Beth Lynch.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Quinton and Juanita McKinney Dodson.
Visitation will be at Waters Funeral Home on Thursday, February 01, 2024 evening from 5:00 – 8:00 p. m.
Pallbearers will be Joseph Sloan, Chris Kimbrough, Charles Owens, Shawn Dodson, Vic Parker, Larry Hughley.
