Antonio “Tony” Agnew

Antonio “Tony” Agnew was a beloved son, father,
brother, uncle, and friend who was known and loved by
many. He would always keep a smile on his face and
light up any room he entered.
On January 29, God saw his love one tired and sent
his heavenly angels to bring Antonio to his eternal
home. Tony professed his life to Christ at a young age,
at Bethel C.M.E Church Guntown, MS. He attended
Baldwyn High School and loved the game of basketball
and was known as All State Player.
Antonio “Tony” Agnew was born December 16,
1980 to Ella (Willie) and the late Douglas McGee. He
also enjoyed cooking, cutting hair, hanging with
friends, and playing competitive basketball with
anyone…
He leaves to cherish his memories with daughter,
I’yana Ragin and son, Kaden Agnew, both of
Baldwyn, MS; Sisters: Shonna Agnew (Rashad), Aria
Stewart, Baldwyn, MS, and Amy McGee Memphis,
TN ; Brothers: Shane (Tamika) Agnew, Erric (Sherrica)
Stewart, Terry Burress, and Bernard McGaha all of
Baldwyn, MS; a special life long friend, Roman Harvell
and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and
cousins.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents:
Nellie Grace Agnew, Johnny C. Agnew and (2) uncles:
Bobby G. Agnew and Johnny W. Agnew.
