Mrs. Patricia Ann Thweatt “Pat” Watts, 80, died Wednesday, March 13, 2024, at her home in Oxford, MS. The funeral will be Friday, March 15, 2024, at 11:00 A.M. in the Chapel of Waller Funeral Home with Rev. Bobby Cobb officiating. Visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 9:00 A.M. Burial will follow the service in Pine Flat Cemetery.

Pat was born on January 1, 1944, in Albuquerque, NM, to the late Ozie Cromwell and David Elvin Thweatt. A woman of great faith, she was a devout and cherished member of South Oxford Methodist Church. Pat shared over 50 years of marriage with her husband, Tommy, before his passing in 2022. Together they filled their lives with many things they loved, most notably their knowledge and passion for antiques. Like her husband, Pat was devoted to their business, Tommy’s Antiques, helping to curate unique finds for their many loved patrons. She was a loving and supportive mother to their five children, but her heart expanded beyond what she thought possible when she became a grandmother. Pat was eagerly awaiting the wedding of her granddaughter, Ana Brooke, imagining a day so filled with love. She had always loved to hear her granddaughter, Madalynne, sing to her, but in recent days cherished it all the more. On Saturday, Pat rested peacefully while listening to Madalynne lovingly sing her some of her favorite songs. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her loving husband, Tommy Watts.

Pat is survived by her daughters, Gina Cheney of Oxford, MS and Sandra Ales of Oxford, MS; sons, Keith Watts and his wife, Christina, of Mobile, AL, Ken Watts and his wife, Suzann, of Taylor, MS, and Art Watts and his wife, Alicia, of Oxford, MS; as well as 11 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren.
