Sterling Dennis Lee

Mr. Sterling Dennis Lee, 74, died Saturday, July 6, 2024, at Transitions Life Care in Raleigh, NC. A graveside service will be held Friday, July 12, 2024, at Oxford Memorial Cemetery with Rev. Hank Lee officiating.

Dennis was born on August 17, 1949, in Tunica, MS to the late Sterling D. Lee and Loma Pauline Phillips Lee Bradley. He was talented in many areas of business and used his knowledge to assist and work alongside contractors throughout many years as owner and operator of C.J. Industrial Supply. When he wasn’t working, he enjoyed traveling and often escaped to the movie theatre, always anticipating the new releases on the big screen. His family brought him great joy and he loved finding any opportunity to spend time together.

He is survived by his wife, Jeanette Tranum Lee; two daughters, Melinda Lee Price and her husband, Johnny of Oxford and Christy Lee Nosef of Tupelo, MS; a son, John Michael Lee and his wife, Veena of Apex, NC and four grandchildren, Jeffrey Simmons, Justin Simmons, Johnny Price, III and Joseph Nosef.
