Donald Lee Rayburn

March 11, 1955 – September 24, 2024

Donald Lee Rayburn, 69, passed away on Tuesday, September 24, 2024, at his home in the Ratliff community. He was born March 11, 1955, in Baldwyn, to Bill and Ruby Underwood Rayburn. He was a tool and Dye specialist at Krueger Metal and then MTD, before becoming disabled. He was a member of the Center Star Methodist Church. He enjoyed working in his shop, traveling, going to pawn shops, being around his family, and watching his grandchildren play ball.

Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Thursday, September 26, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Mantachie with Bro. Ray Guin officiating. Josh Reese will deliver the eulogy. Burial will be in the Oak Grove Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Sandra Rayburn; two sons, Justin Rayburn of Ratliff and Josh Reese (Taylor) of Iuka; one daughter, Melanie Ewing (Marty) of Fairview; one brother, Bobby Joe Rayburn (Kay) of Scottsboro, AL; three sisters, Shirley Horton (Harold) of Pearl, Mary Ann Rayburn, and Judy Todd (Bob), both of Ratliff; seven grandchildren, Lexie Rayburn, Baylee Rayburn, Camdyn Ewing, Cooper Ewing, Sonny Reese, Moe Reese, and Austin Williams; a special great nephew, Ray Ray Robbins; several other family members and friends.

He was preceded in death by one brother, Paul Ray Rayburn; and his parents.

Pallbearers will be Austin Todd, Lance Rayburn, Kevin Hutcheson, Justin Robbins, Tyler Robbins, and Hunter Taylor.

Honorary pallbearers will be his grandchildren.

Visitation will be Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until service time at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Mantachie.
