Linda D. Floyd
Guntown- Linda Darlene Floyd, age73 died Wednesday September 25, 2024 at the NMMC after an extended illness. She was of the Assembly of God faith, loved to cook, sleep and watch television lifetime movies and westerns. She loved her family dearly especially her grandchildren and she enjoyed a good coke and a plate of Mexican food.
Services will be Saturday at 1pm at Waters Funeral Home with Bro. Tim Bullock officiating. Burial will be in the Bethany cemetery.
Survivors include her husband of 54 years Robert Floyd of Guntown, 1 son Robert E. Floyd (Nancy) of Booneville, 1 brother Thomas Calmes of MN, 4 grandchildren Aaron Floyd, Dalton Floyd, Emily Floyd and Madison Floyd, 2 great grandchildren Denver Conner and Deklyn Conner and a host of nieces and nephews and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents Curt & Lula Booker Calmes, 2 sisters and 2 brothers.
Visitation will be Friday evening from 5-8 pm at Waters Funeral Home.
