James Ralph Morrow Jr, 48, unexpectedly left this world on October 6, 2024. He was born on October 20, 1975 to Ralph and Mary Morrow of Greenville MS.
Jamey moved to Starkville for college but ended up creating his life and family in Starkville MS. He followed his dream of being a truck driver and became one the most dedicated drivers and employees for Clark Beverage Group in Starkville MS.
Jamey is preceded in death by his in-laws, Clayton, Donna Kay and Wren Montfort.
Jamey is survived by his parents Ralph and Mary Morrow of Greenville MS, brother Jason Morrow of Asheville NC, his children Noah (Lexi), Elijah, Woodson and Isabella Morrow all of Starkville, the mother of his children, Monty Morrow, nieces MacKenzie and Brianna Montfort, nephew Hayes Montfort and their parents Joseph and Brandy Montfort all of Starkville. He is also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.
Jamey was a devoted father, an avid hunter and fisherman and a dedicated MSU football fan. He was the most happiest and at peace when he was in a boat fishing with his friend David, in a deer stand or ringing his cowbell supporting the Dawgs at Davis Wade Stadium.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 10:00 am with the service immediately following at 11:00 am at Welch Funeral Home in Starkville. A graveside service will follow at Memorial Garden Park Cemetery in Starkville.
