Norman Gregory “Gregg” Reed, 55, of Fairfield, CA died Thursday, November 14, 2024, at his home.
Gregg was born February 4, 1969, in Ackerman, MS, to parents Norma Pennyan Reed and Quinton Reed.
Gregg attended The University of Mississippi in 1987 and played football for Ole Miss. He later completed his Associates of Applied Science in Industrial Electronics with a minor in computer programming at Southern Technical College. Gregg had greater than 30 years in his field of industrial automation, integrating, and engineering.
Gregg is proceeded in death by his parents, Quinton Reed and Norma Pennyan Reed.
Survived by his daughter Erin Alderson (Mike); his sister, Renee Dubois (John); his grandchildren, Graysen Harlow, Bowen Alderson, and Emery Ellis Alderson; his nieces, Marena Dubois and Mattie Dubois; and his great-nieces, Copely Schexnayder and Nellie Robinson.
Gregg was a proud father, brother, uncle, and “Pop-pop”. He was an Ole Miss Rebel through and through- Hotty Toddy!
