Guy Randy Posey
Mantachie- Guy Randy Posey, 69, passed away on December 01, 2024 at his home. He had worked in general construction, at Malone & Hyde and Gibson Container’s. He loved his cats, “Fruit”, ‘Willie’, and “Winnie Girl”. He enjoyed gardening and sharing his vegetables with his family, friends and neighbors. He was a member of Oak Grove Baptist Church and he was baptized in August 1990.
Funeral services will be at Waters Funeral Home on Tuesday, December 03, 2024 at 2:00 p. m. with Bro. Rodney Lindsey officiating. Burial will be in Oak Grove Cemetery.
He is survived by his niece, Shanna Posey (Talen) of Tupelo; nephew, Christoper Posey (Heather) of Tupelo; two grandnieces, Makenley Posey and Alyssiana Posey; and a host of cousins, family and friends.
Pallbearers will be Mitchell Pettigo, Stanley Hill, Eli Johnson, Hartis Ray Hinds, Ricky Johnson and Michael “Squirrell” Franks.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Bridges Posey and a brother, Andy Posey.
Visitation will be Tuesday, December 03, 2024 at Waters Funeral Home from 1:00 – 2:00 p.m.
