Sue Ann Heatherly, age 86, passed away peacefully on April 15, 2026. Born on August 24, 1939, Sue Ann lived a life rooted in faith, family, and hard work.
Sue Ann retired from Marietta Manufacturing after many years of dedicated service. She was a faithful member of Ozark Baptist Church, where she found joy in worship and fellowship. She especially loved spending time with her great-grandchildren, who brought her endless happiness and pride.
Sue Ann is survived by her two sons, Steve (Jeanene) Heatherly and Eugene (Trish) Heatherly; her grandchildren, Matthew Heatherly (Peggy), Shennia (Luke) Mosley, Lance (Brooke) Heatherly, David (Tiffany) Deloach, and Leslie (Matthew) Youngblood; and her beloved great-grandchildren, Hunter Heatherly, Colton Mosley, Corbin Mosley, Case Heatherly, Core Mae Heatherly, Macie Graves, Cooper Deloach, Ella Deloach, and Willa Kate Deloach.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Harold Heatherly; her parents, Orland and Linda Franks; her sisters, Clarya Faye Loar and Martha Nell Davis; and brother, Billy Dewayne Franks; her brothers-in-law, David Loar and Bobby Davis; and her granddaughter, Heather Jeanene.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, April 20, 2026, at Ozark Baptist Church, with Bro. Dempsey Rowland officiating. Visitation will be from 12:00 p.m. until 2:00 p.m., with the funeral service beginning at 2:00 p.m. Graveside services at Stephens Cemetery will follow.
Pallbearers will be Matthew Heatherly, Luke Mosley, Lance Heatherly, Chris Heatherly, Terry Loar, and David Deloach. Honorary pallbearers will be Hunter Heatherly, Colton Mosley, Corbin Mosley, and Case Heatherly.
Sue Ann will be remembered for her loving heart, her devotion to her family, and the kindness she showed to everyone who knew her. Her memory will be treasured by all who loved her.
