Ms Marilyn Joyce Garrison Goss, 78, died Wednesday, June 24, 2026, in Oxford, MS. The graveside service will be Monday, June 28, 2026 at 10:00 A.M. at Shiloh Cemetery with Rev. Richard Vaden officiating. Waller Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Marilyn was born on July 8, 1947, in Memphis, TN, to the late James Doris and Mattie Edna Mitchell Garrison. She spent her life in the Oxford community and was a faithful member of Shiloh Baptist Church. Marilyn will be remembered for the kindness she extended to those around her. She remained deeply connected to her church and community throughout her life.
In addition to her parents, she is predeceased by an aunt, Lavelle Mitchell. She is survived by several cousins and dear friends, Rhonda and Randy Garrison.
