Deborah “Debbie” Kaye Duncan Mann

June 14, 1961 ~ June 25, 2026

Mrs. Deborah “Debbie” Kaye Duncan Mann, 65, died Thursday, June 25, 2026, at her home in Oxford, MS. The funeral service will be Monday, June 29, 2026, at 2:00 P.M. at Waller Funeral Home’s Chapel with Rev. Robert Allen and Rev. Terry Carver officiating. Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 12:30 P.M. A private graveside service will be held at Eastover Memorial Cemetery.

Debbie was born on June 14, 1961, in Memphis, TN, to Patsy Staten Duncan and the late Ernest Edward Duncan.

For many years, Debbie worked as a legal assistant with Cox and Moore, Cleveland, MS. Her faith was the foundation of her life. She was a longtime member of Skene Baptist Church, Skene, MS where she faithfully taught Vacation Bible School and invested in the lives of the youth through the church’s Wednesday night children’s ministry. She recently became a member of First Baptist Church, Oxford, MS, where she found a loving church family and treasured the friendships she received there.

Debbie shared a wonderful life with her husband, Al, and together they loved cheering on the Ole Miss Rebels. Whether attending games at home or traveling for away games (including Honolulu, Hawaii!), they enjoyed every opportunity to be on the road together. Their love of travel also took them abroad, and one of their most treasured recent adventures was visiting Florence and Rome.

Above all, Debbie cherished her family. She was a devoted wife and mother who will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Debbie was preceded in death by her father, Ernest Edward Duncan. She is survived by her husband, William Albert “Al” Mann; mother, Patsy Staten Duncan; daughter, Brittany Mann Medders (Donnie) of Sevierville, TN; son, Bradley “Brad” Albert Mann of Decatur, GA; and brother, Marcus “Mark” Edward Duncan (Jill) of Hernando, MS.

Expressions of sympathy or memorial contributions in Mrs. Mann’s memory may be made to Baptist Children’s Village, Post Office Box 27, Clinton, MS 39060.
