Susie Mae Forbers Patrick was born on April 30, 1915 in Shannon, Mississippi to Luvenia Watkins and William Roy Forbers Sr. She confessed her love for Christ at an early age and joined MT. Zion Baptist Church, she later moved to Tupelo, Mississippi in the late 60's and joined White Hill M.B Church.  She served as president of the Treasure of Missionary Society ,as well as, a member of the senior choir. 

         She was a professional caterer for many years, she loved cooking and serving others. Susie was united in matrimony to Willie Edgar Patrick on April 22, 1935, he proceeded her in death.  She was also proceeded in death by one sister Alberta, two brothers, Roy Forbers (Ida), and Glen Forbers (Luzette), two nephews, Vert Trice (Ruby Mae), and Robert "Pee Wee" Forbers (Clynell), two neices, Glendora Triplett (Ben), Claudene Forbers. 

         She leaves to cherish her memories her loving nephew Walter Forbers (Ellen), Annie Mae Partlow, cousins Ruby Brandly and Elbert Morris, eleven grandnieces, eight grand nephews, 48 great-grandnephews, 38 great-great grand nephews and nieces , 21 great-great great grand nieces and nephews, a host of friends, relatives, and church members
