Celebration of Life Service for Doris Irene Crow, 90, is set for 2:00 pm Tuesday at Union Baptist Church with Rev. Rayburn Richardson officiating. Burial will follow in the Union Baptist Church.

Ms. Irene died March 14, 2020 at Diverscare in Ripley, MS. She was born December 27, 1929 in Alcorn Co. MS to the late Burton and Martha Rencher. She was a lifetime member of Union Baptist Church and a graduate of the Union School and Blue Mountain College. She worked in education for many years before retiring. She later was a waitress for the Dinner Bell, where she had her regular customers for many years, they always enjoyed her smile. She enjoyed working crossword puzzles, watching football and spending time with her family.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Leroy Crow; parents; sister Frances Coleman; and brother, Ronnie Bert Rencher.

She is survived by her son, John Lee Crow(Cathy); sister Clara Faye Lancaster; grandson Casey Crow; step-granddaughter, Ashley Smith (Dusty); great grandsons Gage and Weston Crow; step-great granddaughter Hallie Kate Smith; sister-in-law, Cleda Rencher; host of nieces, nephews, other family and friends.

Pallbearers: Roger Crow, Greg Ginn, Leebo Wilhite, Mike Jobe, Jake Mitchell, and Jeff Rencher.

Family will receive friends Tuesday from 12:30 pm to service time at Union Baptist Church.
