West Point, MS – Mrs. Robbie N. Myers, 85, passed away on September 10, 2020 at North Mississippi Medical Center in West Point, MS. She was born September 6, 1935 in Thorn, MS to Nancy Isabel Naron and Lon Mahan. Mrs. Robbie was a Seamstress for Artex for several years. She married Henry Oben Myers on May 12, 1955 in Columbus and they were married for 63 years until his death on December 27, 2018.
A private family graveside service will be Monday, September 14, 2020, with Dr. James Towery officiating. Burial will follow in Cairo Cemetery in the Cairo Community. Calvert Funeral Home of West Point is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.
Survivors include daughter, Ruth Ann Nevil of Dallas, TX, one sister, Joann Bennette, seven grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and her Special Friends, Gladys Posely, Vesta Lee and Martha Brownlee. Preceding her in death were her parents, Lon and Nancy Naron Mahan, her husband, Henry Oben Myers, three sons, Henry, Eddie and Tommy Myers and one grandson, Allen Myers.
