Maxine Mooneyham, 94 of Bruce, Mississippi passed away on Monday, September 14, 2020, at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, Mississippi.

Born Sunday, July 4, 1926, she was the daughter of the late Henry McCostlin and the late Dezzie Allred McCostlin. She was the wife of the late Arthel Mooneyham.

Maxine was a member of West Side Baptist Church and retired from Glenn Slacks. She enjoyed gardening and especially growing roses.

Surviving are sons, Tommy Covington (Peggy) of Tupelo, MS and Ronnie Mooneyham (Salina) of Gulfport, MS, daughter, Shirley Caton of San Jose, CA; 5 grand children; 8 great grand children.

She was predeceased by brothers, Cebert McCostlin, Odel McCostlin, Lewis McCostlin and Troy McCostlin, sisters, Pauline Inman and Evelyn Listenbee.

A Funeral service will be at 11:00 AM on Thursday at Parker Memorial Funeral Home Chapel with Bro. Reece Ward officiating. Interment will be in Bruce Cemetery, Bruce, MS. Donnie Paul Cain, Herbert Dickson, Jon Mooneyham, Jeremy Mooneyham, Bobby Prewett, Rick Tramel and Nelson Vanlandingham will serve as pallbearers.

The family will receive friends from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM on Wednesday, September 16, 2020, at Parker Memorial Funeral Home, 476 hwy 9n, Bruce, Mississippi.
