Wilma Coffey Bunch, 93, died Saturday, November 28, 2020, at Baptist Reynolds Hospice House in Collierville, TN.  The funeral service will be Friday, December 4th at 2 P.M. in the Chapel of Waller Funeral Home, Oxford, MS, with Rev. Charles Lipe officiating.  Visitation will be prior to the service beginning at 12:30 P.M. at the funeral home.  Burial will follow in Clear Creek Baptist Church Cemetery.  A livestream will be available to those who cannot attend through the Waller Funeral Home Facebook page.

Mrs. Bunch was born in Lafayette County to the late Charles Hugh Coffey, Sr. and Gladys Waller Coffey.  She was married to Amos Turnage “A.T.” Bunch, Jr. for 63 years until his death in 2008.  A long-time member of Clear Creek Baptist Church, she was a retired 30-year employee of the Bank of Oxford and United Southern Bank, where she was a vice president.  For many years, she was very active in the Oxford Pilot Club and the American Cancer Society.  She enjoyed gardening, cooking, and most of all her family.  She was very much the optimist and always saw the best in everyone.

In addition to her parents and her husband, Mrs. Bunch was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Hugh Coffey, Jr.

Survivors include her daughter, Barbara Bunch Huling (Randy) of Southaven, MS; son, Larry Bunch (Angela) of Germantown, TN; four grandchildren, Melissa Huling Eldred (Eddie) and Ryan Huling (Olivia) of Olive Branch, MS, Lauren Bunch of Columbus, GA, and Paul Bunch (Susannah) of Winston-Salem, NC; and six great-grandchildren.  She also leaves two brothers, James A. “Buddy” Coffey (Sunny) of Oxford, MS, and Fred S. Coffey (Barbara) of Prosperity, SC, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
