David Ray West

October 31, 1963 – December 11, 2020

FULTON – David Ray West, 57, died Friday, December 11, 2020, at the North Mississippi Medical Center. He was born October 31, 1963, to Paul Ray and Edna Louise Crawley West. He worked for Tombigbee Lumber as a sawmiller for many years and later worked for Mueller Brass before becoming disabled. He enjoyed playing music, fishing, yardwork, and his two dogs, Penny and Daisy.

Services will be at 3 p.m. Saturday, December 12, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with Bro. Johnny Gale and Bro. Tim Waters officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Vernon Cemetery.

Survivors include his wife, Marcia Kay West, of Fulton; one sister, Tammy West Butler (Levi) of Atmore, AL; two nephews, Justen Wallace and T.J. Pumphrey; three great-nieces; two great-nephews; and an uncle and aunt, A.J. and Kat West; and a host of extended family members.

He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister, Lukeda West.

Visitation will be from 1 p.m. until service time Saturday at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton.
