Valeria Montero, 7, of Vardaman departed from this life on Wednesday, December 9, 2020 after a dreadful accident on Highway 8 East. Valeria graced this world with her presence on June 28, 2013 in Grenada, Mississippi. She was one of three children born to Juan Jose Montero and Olga Lidia Zuniga.
Valeria, a second grade student at Vardaman Elementary School, was a very happy, loving, and caring child. She had a vast array of hobbies that filled her days with amusement. She loved frolicking around outside admiring all things pink and the beauty of flowers. When not exploring the outdoors, she could be found playing with her brothers, her beloved cat, or her Frozen doll. Valeria was a little girl just like any other at the same time she was very special. She was a child that showed all of her emotions: she could be angry and smiling at the same time. Valeria, a selfless child, loved showing her affection to others with a warm hug. By nature, she was a very curious quite child that didn’t like to ask questions, she preferred to investigate and find an answer herself. Valeria was simply an angel who was loved by all. Although she was taken from this world far too soon, she is dancing about in a place far greater than we can ever comprehend.
Valeria leaves behind a loving family to continue walking down the path of life; parents, Juan Jose Montero and Olga Lidia Zuñiga; two brothers: Juan Carlos Montero, and Luis Angel Montero.
The family will receive friends on Friday, December 18, 2020 from 5:00 PM-9:00 PM at Parker Memorial Funeral Home of Vardaman. The Funeral Mass remembering Valeria's life will take place on Saturday, December 19, 2020 at 12:00 PM in the Chapel of Parker Memorial Funeral Home of Vardaman with Rev. Timothy Murphy leading the service.

El obituario de VALERIA MONTERO
Valeria Montero, de Vardaman, tenía 7 años cuando partió de esta vida el miércoles 9 de diciembre 2020. Ella sufrió un accidente terrible en la carretera 8 este. Valeria honró a este mundo con su presencia el 28 de junio 2013 en Grenada, Misisipi. Ella tenía 2 hermanos y sus padres Juan José Montero y Olga Lidia Zúñiga.
Valeria era una estudiante de segundo grado en la Escuela Primaria Vardaman. Siempre era una niña muy feliz, cariñosa y afectuosa. Tenía una amplia variedad de pasatiempos que llenaban sus días con gozo. Le encantaba retozar por fuera. Admiraba todas las cosas rosadas y la belleza de las flores. Cuando no exploraba el aire libre, se la encontró jugando con sus hermanos, su amado gato, o su muñeca de Una Aventura Congelada. Valeria era una niña pequeña, como cualquiera otra, al mismo tiempo que era muy especial.
Era una niña que mostraba todas sus emociones: Podía estar enojada y sonriendo al mismo tiempo. Valeria, una niña desinteresada, amaba mostrar su amor para los demás con un fuerte abrazo. Por naturaleza, era una niña muy curiosa que no le gustaba hacer preguntas; ella prefería investigar y encontrar una respuesta por su mismo. Valeria era un ángel y todos la amaban. Aunque fue tomada de este mundo demasiado pronto, ella está bailando en un lugar mucho mayor de lo que podemos comprender.
Valeria deja atrás a una familia amorosa: Sus padres, Juan José Montero y Olga Lidia Zúñiga; dos hermanos, Juan Carlos Montero y Luis Ángel Montero.
La familia recibirá a sus amigos el viernes, 18 de diciembre 2020 a las 5:00pm hasta 9:00pm en Parker Memorial Funeral Home de Vardaman. La misa funeraria de Valeria será el sábado, 19 de diciembre 2020 a las 12:00pm en la capilla de Parker Memorial Funeral Home de Vardaman. El reverendo Timothy Murphy dirigirá la misa funeraria.
