Dennis Wayne Moreland

Dennis Wayne Moreland, 67, passed away Friday, January 8, 2021, at his residence in New Site. He was born in Booneville on November 5, 1953, to Benjamin Shelton Moreland and Hellen Ruth McAnally Moreland. He loved hunting, his beagles, cows, and talking on his CB Radio
He is survived by his daughters, Leslie Presley (Allen) and Deandra Pannell, both of Booneville; brothers, Jeffrey Mark Moreland (Julie) and Nelson Moreland, both of Booneville; sisters, Diane Akers and Shirley Leonowitz, both of Booneville; grandchildren, Sydney Presley, Taylor Moreland, Conner Presley, and Matthew Pannell.
He is preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be Saturday, January 9, 2021, at 2:00 PM at Booneville Funeral Home with Bro. David Westmoreland officiating. Visitation will be from 12 until 2 pm at the funeral home on Saturday. Burial will be in Little Brown Cemetery. Booneville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Pallbearers will be Mike Huddleston, Mackie Don Smith, Conner Presley, Ricky Huddleston, Cliff Gray, Adam Brown, and Mike Adams.
