OKOLONA — Oliver Goossen, 76, passed away July 12, 2021. He was a member of the Okolona Mennonite Church, serving as a deacon. His occupation was farming and cattle. He enjoyed his family and friends, often taking time out of his day to visit with them.
He is survived by his loving wife, Delila, his children; Janell Jantz (Jeff), Jannice Koehn (Mark), Steve Goossen (Tania), Starla Koehn (Vaughn), 14 grandchildren and 1 great grandchild, his siblings; Adrian Goossen, Ray Goossen, Rowena Koehn, Edith Koehn, Karen Smith and Orlando Goossen.
Funeral service is Friday, July 16, 2021 at 10:30am. Visitation is Thurs, July 15, 2021, 4pm-5:30pm & 6:30pm-8:30pm at Okolona Mennonite Church. Holland Funeral Directors is honored to serve the family.

Dear Goossen family, I’m sorry for your loss and you have my deepest condolences. The loss of a loved one brings great pain and sorrow but you can gain comfort from Gods word the Bible. Acts 24:15 says “There is going to be a resurrection” so you can see your dear loved one again. A promise from our loving Heavenly Father. I hope this was a source of encouragement for the family.
