West Point, MS – Pamela B. Doss, 65, passed away on August 23, 2021 at her residence in West Point. She was born August 31, 1955 in Gadsden, AL to Betty Rodgers and Claude Buchanan. Pam was a deli manager for 25 years and was of the Pentecostal Faith. She married James Mitchell Doss in July of 1977 and he preceded her in death on March 18, 2012.

Pam was a very loving wife, mother and grandmother. She was dedicated to her family and loved spending time with them and cooking for them. She enjoyed cake decorating as well. Anyone that knew Pam, knew just how good-hearted and kind she was. She will truly be missed by her friends and family.

Funeral services will be Thursday, August 26, 2021, 2:00 pm at Calvert Funeral Home Chapel with Dr. James Towery officiating. Burial will follow in Memorial Gardens Cemetery of West Point. Calvert Funeral Home of West Point is honored to be entrusted with the arrangements.

Survivors include her daughters, Lawanna Terry (Shea) of West Point and Katina Nix (Dustin) of Sardis; her sons, Tim Doss (Merideth) and Brad Doss of West Point; 7 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; and one sister, Connie Adams (Ronnie). Preceding Her in death were her parents; her husband; and one sister, Pat McClain.

Pallbearers will be Billy Laster, David Camp, Shea Terry, Scott Smith, Jordan Camp and Dylan Doss.

Memorials may be made to Henry Clay Retirement Community, 603 Commerce Street, West Point, MS 39773.

Visitation will be 1:00 – 2:00 pm prior to service at Calvert Funeral Home.
