Ralph Wayne Churchill

February 13, 1938 ~ September 3, 2021

Mr. Ralph Wayne Churchill, 83, died Friday, September 3, 2021, at his home in Oxford, MS. According to his wishes, there are no services planned at this time.

Mr. Churchill was born on February 13, 1938, to the late Burtis and Oda Blackard Churchill. His family lovingly recalls that he was “A Man of all Work”. He lived his life as an example for his children as a hard-working man, owning many local businesses, working as a bookkeeper and working as a loan officer at the original Bank of Oxford. He enjoyed working with his hands on various projects and was always ready and available to assist in repairs.  His talent for repairs was endless and he could build anything that came to mind. When he was not working, Mr. Churchill found solace in tending to his flower garden. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Wilma Null and four brothers, Dalton Churchill, Robert Churchill, George Churchill and Jimmy Churchill.

He is survived by his wife, Pam E. Churchill of Oxford; two daughters, Nita Churchill Knight and Donna Churchill Mooney and her husband, Rickey of Oxford; a son, Gary Wayne Churchill of Oxford; two sisters, Dot Bratton of Oxford and Martha Starnes of Abbeville, MS and three grandchildren, Anthony Montgomery, Katie Knight and Taylor Mooney and his wife, Micah.
