It is with a heavy heart we must announce the passing of Alexander Duncan Dawley.
Alex was a kind, selfless, loving man. He never had an unkind word to say. He was loved by all who knew him. In every way he was an amazing and wonderful person. He could brighten up a room with his smile. He always knew just the right words it seemed for any situation.
Alex was a huge Alabama Crimson Tide fan. It never failed every Saturday he would be decked out in his Bama gear and watching the game. He collected anything with a wolf on it that he could get his hands on. He loved spending time with his wife and kids abd always made sure he was there for them. His family was his whole world and he always made sure he let them know just how much they meant to him.
Alex is survived by his wife Brittany Watkins and their 4 children (Tiffany Dawley, Ethan Dawley, Charles Dawley, and Lucas Dawley); his mother Julie Anne Dawley and his 3 brothers (Chuck Dawley, Bernie Dawley, and David Dawley); as well as 4 nephews and 2 nieces.
There will be a memorial service at a later date.
