Funeral service for Martha Nell Wilkins, 78, is set for 2:00 pm Saturday, November 27, 2021 at Memorial Funeral Home with Bro. Rodney Whittemore and Bro. Ray Morton officiating. Burial will follow in the Chapel Hill Methodist Church Cemetery. Family will receive friends Friday from 5:00 to 8:00 and Saturday from 12:00 to service time.
Martha died November 22, 2021 at her residence. She was born Sunday, July 11, 1943 in Corinth, MS to the late Frank and Stella Taylor. She was a member of Chapel Hill Methodist Church and a former housekeeper at Tishomingo Manor Nursing Home. She enjoyed reading, watching TV and shopping.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Milton Wilkins; parents; sister, Estelle Burns; and nephew, Dennis Thrasher.
She is survived by her children, Edward Wilkins (Sheila), Marcus Wilkins, Mary Holland, and Wilma Wilkins; grandchildren, Ronnie Wilkins, Johnny Wilkins, Will Holland, Diamond Moore, Deshawn Farley, and Julie Conner; two great grandchildren; and a host of other family and friends.
