David Tesseneer

David Ray Tesseneer, 67, passed away Tuesday, February 22, 2022. He was born April 8, 1954, to James Hue Tesseneer and Evie Hicks Tesseneer. He enjoyed wrestling, going to church and telling stories about the good ole days. He loved his children and his grandchildren.
Visitation for Mr. Tesseneer will be Tuesday, March 8, 2022, from 5:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the Booneville Funeral Home. Funeral services with military honors will be at 1:00 PM Wednesday, March 9, 2022, in the chapel of Booneville Funeral Home. Bro. Tommy Wilson, of Living Free Ministries, will be officiating. Burial will be in the Booneville Cemetery. Booneville Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
He leaves behind his daughter, Laken Braudway (Jared Weber) of Corinth, MS; step-son, Michael Curtis (Sereta) of New Albany, MS; step-daughters, Jodie Purvis (Brett) and Sherry Swindle all of Booneville, MS; brothers, Sidney Athurn (Willie-Dean) of Red Bay, AL, James Wilber Tesseneer of Midway, Howard Tesseneer (Carolyn) and Dwight (Patricia)Tesseneer all of Dennis, MS; grandson, Jace Weber Tesseneer; grand-daughters, Brooke Weber Tesseneer and Lana Sheffield (Wardell); great-grandchildren, Cayden, Kylen and Kensley; brother-in-law, Harold Underwood of Knoxville, TN; and a host of loved ones.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Peggy; his parents; brother, Cullen Tesseneer; sister, Martha Lee Underwood; step-son; Sammy Curtis; step-daughters, Lisa McCoy and Tammy Bain; grandsons, Brandon Boone and Ali Keramy; and son-in-law, Brian Bain.
Pallbearers will be Bryson Curtis, Wardell Sheffield, Timothy Curtis, Gary Tesseneer, Mark Tesseneer and Jared Weber. Honorary Pallbearers will be Cayden Crum, Kylen Crum and Jace Weber Tesseneer.
