Margaret Ann Sanders

Amory – Margaret Ann Sanders, 84, met her Savior face to face and was reunited with her husband and daughter, on Wednesday, March 9, 2022. She was born on March 15, 1937, in Itta Bena, MS, to the late Paul Jones and Connie Redd Stafford.

Margaret grew up in LeFlore County, MS, and eventually moved with her family to Monroe County and attended Becker High School. Above all her accomplishments in life, she would have told you that she was most proud of raising her fine family.

She loved the Lord and showed her faith daily, by always putting others before herself. Margaret was a servant, always taking care of people in need. Her ministry was her cooking, she loved to have family and friends over while feeding everyone delicious home cooked meals. So many great family gatherings took place at her home through the years. Margaret was a member of Becker Baptist Church and her smile was always a welcome greeting to others in her church.

The solid rock of her family, Margaret blessed her family so much through the years with her wisdom, love, and multitude of wonderful memories. She will be dearly missed by all that knew and loved her.

  1. To the Sanders family, please except our condolences for the loss of your loved one. It is a sad time when we lose someone to death. We wonder, is that it? Will we see our loved ones again? The Bible gives us some comforting information! Acts 24:15 says “There is going to be a resurrection.” Also, John 5:28,29 says ” Do not be amazed at this, for a time is coming when all who are in their graves will come out-those who have done good will rise to live, and those who have done evil will rise to be judged.” May God comfort you during this time of loss!
