  1. A very sweet lady that served her Lord and Savior and served the citizens that she represented w dignity and respect for all mankind. Who’s gonna fill those shoes will not fit here because Judy was one of a kind . I met Judy in 1999 while attending training for newly elected Judges and will never forget this kind lady showing up late for training due to just laying her father to rest from a tragic accident that took his life unexpectedly and to soon . Most would not be at work at a time like this but Judy was deligent and knew the overwhelming responsibilities that faced her . Prayers to all of her family for peace and understanding during this trying time.
