John Clifford "JC" Samples SR, 80 of Blue Springs, MS passed away at his home Wednesday, April 6, 2022. He was born on January 15, 1942, to the late Cecil "Archie" Samples and Emily Ann Starling. JC leaves behind his loving and devoted wife Agnes Hertel Samples, and three sons, John Clifford Samples JR, Brandon Lee Samples (Kelly), and Bobby Joe Tackett. He will be missed also by his 10 grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and numerous bonus children, and bonus grandchildren. JC was an avid Game Foul Breeder, he loved Race cars especially Mustangs and Cobras. He loved spending time with his family, Western Movies, and anything automotive. JC's comical character and antics will truly be missed but never forgotten. A Celebration of Life is planned for April 24, 2022, at 2:00pm at the Beech Springs Baptist Church located at CR 188, Blue Springs, MS. (Bro Gregg Thomas will be officiating) Associated Family Funeral and Cremation is honored that the family of JC Samples has chosen us to take care of their loved one. Dear Samples family, one of the saddest things someone can experience is the death of a loved one. Did you know the Bible compares death to sleep? (Psalms 13:3) Just as a person who is asleep is unaware of what is happening around him, the dead are not conscious of anything. There is a promise of hope in the Bible. Our loving God has promised to awaken the dead, as if from sleep, and give them life again. Acts 24:15 says, “There is going to be a resurrection.” The bible offers comfort for those who are grieving and I hope this brings you comfort as well.
