Felisha Rene Parks
A celebration of life service for Felisha Rene Parks, 21, will be held at Memorial Funeral Home, Saturday at 1:00 pm. Visitation will begin at 12 noon until service time.
Felisha died on May 20th, 2022 as a result of an auto accident. She was born on June 9, 2000 in Corinth. She attended Alcorn Central High School and enjoyed being with her friends.
She is survived by her parents; Russell and Michelle Stewart; grandparents; Larry and Lisa Parks; great-grandparents; Shirley Desmond and Dennis and Karen Parks; aunt; Rebecca Parks and her uncle; Alan and Renee Parks.
She was preceded in death by her great-grandfather; S.P. Desmond; and great-grandmother; Betty Downs.

Celebration of Life
Dear Parks family, one of the saddest things someone can experience is the death of a loved one. Did you know the Bible compares death to sleep? (Psalms 13:3) Just as a person who is asleep is unaware of what is happening around him, the dead are not conscious of anything. There is a promise of hope in the Bible. Our loving God has promised to awaken the dead, as if from sleep, and give them life again. Acts 24:15 says, “There is going to be a resurrection.” The bible offers comfort for those who are grieving and I hope this brings you comfort as well.
