Anthony Blake “Tony” Wilson, 63, died Sunday, June 12, 2022, at his home in Oxford, MS. The memorial service will be Friday, June 17, 2022, at 2:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Waller Funeral Home with Rev. Rob Freeman officiating. Visitation will be held prior to the service beginning at 12:30 P.M. until the time of the service.

Tony was born on February 19, 1959, in Jackson, MS. He worked as a mechanical engineer and was a member of the O.D. Smith Masonic Lodge, but his true passion in life was raising his boys. While they were growing up, Tony coached their soccer and baseball teams, always around to provide direction and support. As their Troop Master Boy Scout Leader, he taught the troop valuable life lessons and skills that helped his sons and 28 others become Eagle Scouts. Tony loved to hunt and fish and was sure to instill the same love and respect for nature in his children.

Tony is survived by his beloved wife of 38 years, Desiree Wilson; and his sons, Jeremy Blake Wilson and his wife, Jaclyn and Joshua Hunter Wilson and his wife, Kelsey; and one grandson, Wright James Wilson, all of Oxford, MS.
