On Friday, October 14, 2022, Chester B. Middleton Jr passed away. He was eighty-five years old. Born to Chick and Maurice Middleton in Memphis, TN. A natural salesman, Chester made this his life-long profession.
In December of 1964, Chester met the love of his life Sandra Harpole, and they were blessed with 57 years of marriage. Chester was a one of a kind and his humor and quick wit will be missed by many.
Chester is survived by his wife Sandra, three daughters Donna Bahney, Cindy Carpenter, Candice Middleton and Son-in-Law William Bahney and other cherished family members.
He was preceded in death by his father, mother and sister Evelyn Middleton.
Visitation will be Thursday, October 20th from 9:30 am to 11:00 am with the funeral service to follow at First Baptist Church in Starkville. Reverend Clifton Curtis and Reverend Larry Watson will be officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Johnston Bain Sunday School class.
The family would like to thank Dr. Bart Williams and the staff at Baptist Memorial Hospital in Columbus for the excellent care that they provided.
