David Scott Floyd
Hardin County TN- David Scott Floyd, 53, passed away on Sunday, April 16, 2023 at the Legacy Health & Rehab in Manchester, TN. He was a self-employed auto repairman and he enjoyed hunting, fishing, fast cars, playing the guitar and listening to music. He was a member of the Assembly of God.
Funeral services will be held at Waters Funeral Home on Wednesday, April 19, 2023 at 2:00 p. m. with Bro. Merle Floyd officiating. Burial will be in Bethany Cemetery.
He is survived by his daughter, Chelsa B. Floyd Britt; sons, David S. S. Floyd of Jericho and Chase Floyd of Hardin County, TN; brothers, Thomas Steven Floyd (Tracy) of Guntown and Mark Anthony Floyd (Andrea) of Tupelo;(2) grandchildren; host of other family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Thomas “Tommy” Floyd and Fannie Yvonne Jones Floyd; brother, John Christopher “Chris” Floyd and a granddaughter, Savannah Floyd.
Visitation will be Wednesday at Waters Funeral Home on Wednesday, from 11:00 a. m. until his service time at 2:00 p. m.
