Shelia Burns
Plantersville- Shelia Diane Burns was born in Baldwyn, MS. She lived in Plantersville, MS. Diane was 71 years old when she passed away on April, 13 2023 at NMMC. Diane was loved by many. Everyone who met her found a friend and confident. She loved to fish, camp, play cards for hours, and mostly she loved to dance. She spent most of her time with family and friends. She will be missed deeply by all.
She was survived by her 2 sons Darrick Burns (Donna), Darrell Burns (Crystal), brother Donnie Hampton, grandchildren Destiny, Deidra, McKay and Molly Burns as well as a host of other family and friends.
She was preceded in death by her father Earl Hampton Jr., mother Patricia Ward Poteet, and brother David Hampton.
Visitation will be held from 12 pm until service time Tuesday April 18, 2023.
Memorial service will be held at 2 pm Tuesday April 18, 2023 at Waters Funeral Home.
