Miles Franklin Horton
Baldwyn- Miles Franklin Horton, 81, passed away on Thursday, May 18, 2023 at his home. He enjoyed playing musical instruments, playing with the kids and grandkids, working on cars, wood working, singing and doing anything outdoors. He worked in an auto repair shop and he was a Baptist.
Funeral services will be at Waters Funeral Home on Sunday, May 21, 2023 at 2:00 p. m. with Rev. David Hackney officiating. Burial will be in the Old Union Cemetery in Belden.
He is survived by three brother, Harold Horton, John Horton and Danny Horton.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas and Ethel Stafford Horton; four sister, Flora Etta Bernice Horton, Mary Elizabeth Horton, Evaline Horton Dugard, Ruby Horton Bounds Bell; five brothers, Junior Horton, Vernon Horton, Leonard “Bill” Horton, Alton “Jack” Horton and Jesse Calvin Horton.
Pallbearers will be Jimmy Duderstadt, Daryle Bridges, Cory Bridges, Jonathan Timms, Brian Horton and Stevie Dukes.
Visitation will be at Waters Funeral Home on Sunday from noon until service time @ 2:00 p. m.
