Reyndall Franks
Selmer, TN-Reyndall Franks, age 69, died Thursday, August 24, 2023 at his home in Selmer, TN after a brief illness. He was a forklift driver for West Rock Ind. for over 40 years where he had perfect work attendance. He was a member of East View Pentecostal Church in East View, TN. He was a loving husband, great father & provider for his family. He enjoyed fishing, Ole Miss football, riding motorcycles, & watching westerns on television. He was a great cook & enjoyed family time.
Services will be Saturday August 26, 2023 at 12 noon at Waters Funeral Home with Bro. John Haimes officiating. Burial will be in the Pleasant Grove Cemetery in Booneville.
Survivors include his wife of 6 years, Dolores Ortiz Franks of Selmer, TN; a daughter Lisa Ellis & Aaron of Las Aminas, Colorado; 5 sons Dwayne Franks & Deanna of Pontotoc, MS; J.R Bridges & Becky of Bethel Springs, TN; Tony Bridges & Melissa of Jumpertown; Ruben Ortiz & Reyna of TX; and Simon Ortiz of TX. 2 sisters, Connie Burchfield of Senatobia; Wilma Whitaker of Booneville; a brother Earl Franks & Renea of Booneville; 13 grandchildren, Weston Franks, Olivia Pannell, Reyna Lee, Moses, Elexus, Rose, Jerry, Ruben-Lee, Kalena and Priscilla Ortiz, Justin and Jordan Bridges and Jesse O’Dell; 6 great-great grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents David & Katherine Edge Franks; a brother James Franks; and a sister Lynn Turner.
Pall Bearers will be Weston Franks, Dwayne Westmoreland, Lisa Ellis, Ruben Ortiz, Simon Ortiz and Moses Ortiz.
Visitation will be Saturday from 10 am until service time at noon.
