Roger D. Holcomb, 72, passed away on Monday, November 27, 2023, at the Dogwood Assisted Living Home in New Albany. He was born August 23, 1951, to James Preston and Margie Christian Williams Holcomb. He was a Veteran, serving in the United States Air Force for eight years. He was retired from North Mississippi Medical Center, where he worked in the Information Technology department. He enjoyed watching Sci-Fi, hunting, and shooting guns.

Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, November 29, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton. Burial will be in Itawamba Memorial Gardens.

Survivors include one son, John Holcomb (Alexis) of Colorado Springs, CO; his caregiver, Morgan Coombs of New Albany; seven grandchildren, Jackson, Aidan, Natalie, Samuel, Emma, Donnie, and Jordan; two brothers, Charles Eugene Holcomb of Caledonia and Larry Holcomb of Georgia; one sister, Cathy Kreun of Georgia; several other family members.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Lynn McNeece Holcomb; and his parents.

Visitation will be Wednesday from noon until service time at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton.
