TREMONT – Katherine Louise Mayhall, 86, passed away on Friday, April 26, 2024, at the North Mississippi Hospice Unit. She was born October 11, 1937, to Dewey and May Ewing Cromeans. She loved her church family and was a member of the Altar Baptist Church. She was a home maker whose first priority was her family. She enjoyed cooking and spoiling her grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Services will be at 2:00 p.m. Sunday, April 28, at the McNeece-Morris Funeral Home Chapel in Fulton with Bro. Jackie Hastings and Bro. Billy Turbyville officiating. Burial will be in the Butler Cemetery.

Survivors include her husband of 67 years, Charles Mayhall; one son, Tommie Mayhall (Sherry); one daughter, Kathy Sturdivant (Ricky), all of Tremont; five grandchildren, Brittnie Wildmon (Michael), Lauren Inmon (Blake), Anthony Sturdivant, Daniel Sturdivant (Shayla), and Emma Grace Mayhall; four great grandchildren, Alexia Rogers, Bayley Wildmon, Austin Lee, and Casen Sturdivant.

She was preceded in death by and infant son, Charles Mayhall; three brothers, Junior Cromeans, Lloyd Cromeans, Ellis Cromeans; two sisters, Vernell Kelton and Jennie Lou Brown; and her parents.

Pallbearers will be Grayling Cromeans, Roy Cleveland, Bobby Cleveland, Eddie Kelton, Junior Cromeans, Keith Mayhall, Anthony Sturdivant, Daniel Sturdivant, Casen Sturdivant, Austin Lee, and Bayley Wildmon.

Visitation will be Sunday from noon until service time at McNeece-Morris Funeral Home in Fulton.
