Chad Sterling Hamilton, 55, passed away on April 11, 2022 at North Mississippi Medical Center in Tupelo, MS. He was a carpenter by trade, and an avid sportsman who loved hunting and fishing. He moved to Sturgis 12 years ago with his best friend, Buck (his dog), which passed away in 2021 at the age of 12.
He was preceded in death by his parents, John Paul Hamilton and Ella Faye Hamilton; sister, Paula Hamilton Benson; and brother, Johnny Hamilton.
He is survived by his brother, Stevie Hamilton; and a sister, Christi Parker.
Services will be held Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 11:00 a.m. at Welch Funeral Home in Starkville, MS, with the Rev. Russell Mord conducting the service.
