Guntown – Harvey Gene McBrayer 83, passed away on Tuesday, April 21, 2026 at the Baldwyn Nursing Facility. He enjoyed working on tractors and cars, taking care of his dogs and he loved spending time with his grandchildren. He retired from Mid-South Packers and was former employee Monts Co. He was a member of Camp Creek Baptist Church.

Funeral services will be held at Waters Funeral Home on Saturday, April 25, 2026 @ 2:00 p. m. with Bro. Anthony Copeland and Bro. Mike McBrayer officiating. Burial will be in Camp Creek Cemetery.

He is survived by his wife of 41 years, Nancy St. Clair McBrayer; daughters, Pam Adams (Eddie), Ann Adams (Mike) and Angie McBrayer; son, Mike McBrayer (Allison) and Boomer Blacklock; brothers, Ron McBrayer (Bonnie) and Don McBrayer (Carla); (8) grandchildren; (19) great-grandchildren; host of other family and friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Harvey and Ruby Samples McBrayer.

Pallbearers will be Taylor McBrayer, Logan McBrayer, Luke McBrayer, Jayson Adams, Shayne Adams and Brad Samples.

Visitation will be Saturday at Waters Funeral Home for 1:00 – 2:00 p. m.
